What else do you do?
Apart from training in Taekwon Do, we organise many social activities. We go out to dinner most Friday nights after training. This is a great way to get to know your instructors and peers in a fun, relaxed environment. We also organize movie nights, parties, lunches and barbeques.

Do you have any additional training?
Yes, we do. Throughout the year we hold a number of Training Camps. These are exciting, grueling and very enjoyable. We usually camp somewhere beautiful in the country and train solidly for two days, topping the weekend off with an afternoon soccer match or a hike in the bush. These camps have proven to be very successful. Not only does the individual improve considerably in their Taekwon Do skills, they become closer to the people they train with and they have a great time.
